For the remainder of 2009, Pay it Forward Charities is campaigning for our recycling program, "cans4chemo."  We are seeking partners to actively participate in our collection efforts.  Here are a few ideas how:

1)  Put up a can-collection box/bin/bucket in our office breakroom or kitchen. 

2)  Ask your child's PSO or PTA organization to help with a school-wide collection effort. 

3)  Talk to Middle, Junior, and Senior High schools in your area; the Leadership classes, Student Councils and other clubs are always looking for volunteer opportunites!  My alma-maters (Meadowdale Middle and High Schools are already hard at work for our cause!)                  

4)  Have your family start collecting pop cans - if you have kids, this an easy and fun way to introduce them to volunteering.

5)  Sports fans:  it IS football season...beer cans raise just as much money as pop cans...right?!!
